Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years of experience in a partnership marketing role
- A track record of working cross-functionally, including with sales teams
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation Tools, and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of the marketing technology and advertising landscape
- Demonstrable experience in scaling partner marketing programs
- Combination of creative and analytical skills to prove what programs are working – and present back your findings
- Impeccable attention to detail

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic & self-motivated Partnerships Marketing Manager to join the team to drive and support our business partnership program
- You’ll be the champion and evangelist for spreading awareness of the Payactiv solution to support existing business partnership relationships and drive new ones
- You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Channel Sales Team and external partners to develop marketing initiatives to drive adoption, and growth and build a leads pipeline through a broad range of partner types
- As the Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll strategize, build, execute, and measure programs for prospecting and nurturing high-quality partner leads
- Additionally, you’ll work with existing partners to develop collateral and co-marketing campaigns to support their ability to position Payactiv as the go-to solution provider and industry leader
- Act as a primary point of contact with partner marketing leads and our Channel Sales Team, building and nurturing those internal and external relationships
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new partnerships and continuously work to improve our channel partner program
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across owned, paid, and earned channels driving leads pipeline through referral partners
- Create replicable processes, campaigns, automation tools, and resources (decks, case studies, landing pages, etc.) to support and grow partner relationships
- Craft compelling messaging and bespoke marketing materials for usage by key partners to promote the Payactiv offering
- Working with our events manager, as well as Partner’s Events, Leads to developing and manage a calendar of joint events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management Teams to build Partner support plans and collaborative co-marketing efforts
- Manage vendors with partner projects, including scope and timelines
- Analyze and communicate results to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings

PayActiv provides earned wage access (EWA) technology that allows employees to access wages they have already earned before pyday, reducing reliance on overdrafts and short-term loans. The service integrates with most payroll and HCM systems and is paired with a financial wellness app offering tools for budgeting, savings, and money management.
Already, the playform has been adopted by major employers including Walmart, Pizza Hut, Subway, and Uber. Earned wage access has become an increasingly common employee benefit among large organizations such as Amazon and MCDonald's, reflecting broader demand for financial flexibility in the workforce.
Recently, PayActive has expanded beyond a standalone EWA app model with the launch of Access-as-a-Service, an API-driven infrastructure that allows Fortune 100 employers, HCM providers, and enterprise platform to embed EWA and financial wellness tools directly into their own systems under their own brand.
The company has also strengthened its market position through a $100M Series C funding round and the rollout of Visa+, allowing real-time wage disbursements to digital wallets such as PayPal and Venmo without requiring employees to share bank details. Now, PayActive reports serving millions of employees across thousands of businesses, putting its in a leading position in the evolving earned wage macess market.
