Role
Who you are
- 3+ years’ experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar
- Strong experience working with large, structured datasets and complex data models
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Excel (or equivalent)
- Experience building, maintaining or validating datasets or analytical models
- Comfortable collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and domain experts to support data-driven decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical outcomes
- Curiosity and willingness to learn emissions methodologies and climate standards is essential
Desirable
- Knowledge of carbon accounting, emissions factors or sustainability data is a plus, but not a requirement
What the job involves
- Analyse, validate and maintain emissions factor datasets used across the Zevero platform
- Support the integration of new emissions factors, datasets and calculation methodologies
- Ensure data consistency, quality and traceability across sources
- Help with technical client work and automation of processes
- Translate complex datasets into clear, structured formats suitable for product use
- Support the development of new calculation logic, use cases and features within the Emission Engine
