Senior Technical Program Manager, CoreWeave

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in a hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environment
• Direct experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or major capacity expansions
• Strong technical understanding of the data center stack, including power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware infrastructure
• Strong understanding of construction projects and respective milestones
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Critical Path) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, PMP)
• You love solving complex problems at scale and seeing projects through from concept to fully operational infrastructure
• You’re curious about how cutting-edge hardware, software, and infrastructure come together to power AI and high-performance computing
• You’re an expert in bringing order to complexity—whether that’s coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and operations, or driving clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

• The Technical Program Manager, Capacity Delivery, will join CoreWeave’s Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation team, a dynamic group responsible for shaping and executing transformative initiatives that enhance CoreWeave’s end-to-end supply chain capabilities
• As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the Capacity Delivery team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our most critical data center infrastructure
• You will be the single-threaded leader responsible for translating long-range capacity forecasts and complex customer requirements into fully commissioned infrastructure
• This highly visible role requires deep cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations to solve technical challenges at hyperscale
• Beyond delivering individual programs, you will be instrumental in designing the scalable, repeatable processes that define how we build our global fleet for the future
