Full Stack Developer, Vitrue Health

• This is a role for a builder: someone with 3+ years of experience who thrives on solving real-world problems, cares about usability as much as architecture, and is motivated by seeing their work in the hands of users
• Software builder with 3+ years’ experience – you’re passionate about your craft and comfortable working across the stack (leaning frontend or backend is fine). Experience with a strongly typed backend + JS framework (bonus points for .NET + Vue, but not essential)
• Proven track record of building applications with real complexity, whether in a commercial role, open-source, or personal projects that showcase your commitment to engineering
• Self-starter with autonomy – you make sensible decisions independently, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to figure things out without waiting for hand-holding
• Eager to move fast and ship – progress over perfection, delivering value in small increments, and seeing your work in the hands of users excites you
• Product-minded and user-focused – you work closely with designers and clinical experts, always thinking about usability, impact, and experience
• Builder and improver – you don’t just ship features, you look for ways to strengthen the codebase, streamline processes, and improve the product offering
