Who you are
- The ideal candidate will excel in utilizing data to inform strategic decisions, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role, ideally within the AI or technology sector (SaaS)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau,BI tools) and experience with Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and account planning processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
What the job involves
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales operations with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and account planning
- You will work closely with all customer-facing teams, particularly each of the sales verticals, and with the finance teams to ensure alignment and support our ambitious goals
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to analyze sales, marketing, and financial data. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable recommendations to optimize revenue strategies
- Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and business outcomes
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Establish and facilitate regular forecasting meetings with sales and finance teams to review and discuss revenue forecasts
- Ensure the accuracy of forecasting processes through data-driven methodologies and comprehensive analysis
- Support budgeting efforts by providing detailed forecasts and financial insights to guide strategic planning
- Account Planning & Management: Assist in the development and execution of account planning strategies to drive growth and enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective account management and alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales processes, ensuring best practices and operational excellence
