- Excel in a dynamic and collaborative setting, comfortable with change and ambiguity, able to work independently, and exercise good judgment to make decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction

- Are comfortable with an office based environment and have shift flexibility
- Native or fluent level of English
- Experience in a customer facing role whether that be retail or call centre environment
- Experience supporting customers via email, live chat, and phone are a benefit
- Experience working with KPIs and metrics - specifically with a focus on quality are also a benefit
What the job involves
- We are seeking dedicated Customer Care Agents that are passionate about enhancing the experience of business travelers

- Be a role model and a trusted advisor by showcasing TravelPerk values and a customer centric approach in every customer interaction
- Support and engage with our customers with their global business travel requirements
- Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, and e-mail, to effectively resolve travel issues
- Exceed customer expectations e when managing bookings, queries and requests
- Answer customer requests and as their trusted travel advisor and think out-of-the-box to provide innovative solutions where appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk - there are lots so be prepared for some serious innovation!
- Working hours are on a rotational basis between 8am - 7pm
- Weekly working hours will be 37.5
- You will be required to work 1 weekend in every 7 weeks
Our take
Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. TravelPerk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
TravelPerk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that TravelPerk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
According to TravelPerk, its unit economics are strong already, which puts it in a good position to grow without diluting itself too much through investment. The company is still innovating and is planning to release more products that will give the business traveller more freedom and flexibility than ever before. A US expansion included the 2024 acquisition of AmTrav, whilst the acquisition of AI spend management leader Yokoy in Europe indicates a period of international scaling. Further exemplifying this is its Series E funding of $200 million awarded in 2025, which raised TravelPerk's valuation to $2.7 billion and will help it continue its growth.
