What the job involves

As our Executive Assistant & People Operations Lead, you’ll be the go-to problem solver and steady hand who keeps our leaders focused and our people supported
From owning executive priorities to improving HR operations and shaping our culture—this is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Executive Support (Chief People Officer & Chief of Staff)
Draft, edit, and proofread high-stakes communications and documents
Prepare decks, materials, and follow-ups for key initiatives
Drive special projects tied to growth, client delivery, and internal operations
People Operations
Support recruiting with candidate research, outreach, and scheduling
Own onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent, elevated experience
Manage employee records, compliance tracking, and policy updates
Support payroll and benefits inputs and partner with PEO for employee administration
Collaborate on initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement
Office & Culture Operations
Plan internal events, team offsites, and travel logistics
Manage vendors, office supplies, and shipping needs
Support culture initiatives that help Wellist remain a place where people grow and thrive

Our take

Achieving success as a healthcare provider requires patients to receive the best healthcare possible. But this is commonly stunted by a one-size-fits-all approach. Neither patients, families, nor caregivers have the tools to achieve personalized healthcare experiences. This ultimately leads to unsatisfied patients and missed growth opportunities for healthcare providers.

To help with this, Wellist provides a consumer navigation program for healthcare patients, families, and caregivers. This provides them with a digital education platform, communication tools, vetted support services, and the necessary communication mediums for maximizing the care quality that patients receive.

Whilst many startups within the healthcare sector are leveraging cutting-edge tech such as AI and automation to improve care quality, Wellist has actually taken a step back. It focusses instead on the tools and resources needed for better healthcare. This unique approach enables it to both stand out and supply value for all parties in the healthcare ecosystem.
