Motion Graphic Designer, Included Health

• This role is ideal for someone with a passion for motion design who excels at crafting short videos, dynamic social clips, infographics, and other animated assets using Adobe After Effects
• The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, storyteller, and detail-oriented animator who can bring ideas to life in new and inspiring ways
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
• Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in motion design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing outstanding animations for social media, infographics, and brand storytelling
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, with working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
• Core Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling as well as creating and editing video content
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team environment
• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Create Compelling Motion Graphics: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for video platforms, social media, presentations, events, and campaigns
