Integration Engineer, Kasisto

• This role is ideal for someone passionate about enterprise integrations, conversational AI, Agentic AI, and automation within financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in a software, integration, or implementation engineering role
• Familiarity with APIs (REST), basic scripting or programming concepts (e.g., JavaScript, Java and Python)
• Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or contact center technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with external customers
• Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Desirable

• We’re looking for an AI Integration Engineer to join our Implementations team
• In this client-facing role, you’ll support the implementation of our AI platform by helping connect it with customer systems and environments
• You’ll work closely with customers to gather requirements, understand contact center workflows, and support system integration
• You’ll also collaborate with internal product, engineering, and solutions teams to ensure smooth deployments and successful go-lives
• Participate in discovery sessions with customers to understand system requirements, data flows, and operational workflows
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between the Kasisto platform and customer systems (e.g., CRM, CCaaS, identity providers)
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of integration components
• Document technical designs, integration specs, and customer configurations
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads to deliver high-quality solutions
• Help ensure that customer workflows and business goals are reflected in the deployed solution
