Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred Knowledge of market research principals preferred but not required
- You are a people-person with work experience and transferable skills in working in a client-facing role
- You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers and internal cross-functional teams) to service client accounts
- A proactive communicator: You are extremely responsive and effective with both written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and detail oriented: You pay close attention to textual detail while processing information
- A critical thinker: You apply critical thinking through inductive and deductive reasoning as you navigate and solve problems

What the job involves
- You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day-to-day maintenance and support
- Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Exhibit ability to manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritze independently as well as with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities
- Manage requests for creative pre-ingestion, tracking set up/taxonomy, data questions etc. with the Customer Support team, follow up and escalate to manager as needed
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
- Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers as needed
- Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV advertising optimization and research
- Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows
- Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
- Support data compilation and analysis for Client Presentations and collaborate with the Account Manager on data-driven story telling
- Demonstrate crticial thinking and time management ability in a fast paced environment
- Exhibit passion, curiosity and energy in supporting your internal Account Managers and the clients in making their iSpot experience positive and memorable
- Demonstrate interest in advancing your career to owning your own portfolio of accounts in the future
Our take
New streaming platforms and CTV provide novel data, with great potential to improve advertising engagement. However, information such as how many times an ad was aired and watched, whether viewers were captivated, and how relevant it is to their viewing preferences can still be difficult to access.
iSpot provides an ad measurement platform for TV, streaming platforms, and DSPs, allowing businesses to measure the success of their marketing campaigns in real time. The platform provides information such as brand recognition, purchase intent, likeability, and audience relevance, allowing businesses to benchmark this information against competitors.
Whilst other marketing platforms tackle similar obstacles, iSpot uniquely categorizes its data into insights that are easily understood and actioned. The company has ensured that its services are integrated with other 300 major streaming platforms and DSPs, futureproofing itself for the new wave of TV viewers, and in 2026 launched an agentic AI platform to augment its offering.
