Who you are

0 - 4 years of professional work experience
Have a Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study
Analytically minded, capable of using spreadsheets software to quickly analyze data, develop strategies, and make decisions
Familiar with building and optimizing processes through low-code/no-code solutions and automation platforms
A critical thinker and a quick learner who is eager to take on new challenges
Communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively, through both writing and data visualizations
Have experience in a fast paced environment, such as a startup, consulting, or finance
Take initiative and own projects from ideation to completion

What the job involves

This full-time role will be responsible for driving strategic business insights and improvements for operations across NewtonX
The Operations Enablement team works cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams across the go-to-market organization (sales, marketing, project teams, etc.) and with senior leadership to identify process streamlining opportunities and create operational efficiency
This is a highly strategic role that includes day-to-day operational support with our enterprise systems as well as owning critical initiatives from end-to-end
Develop a comprehensive understanding of NewtonX’s business model and operational structure, and using that knowledge to steer business strategy and focus
Work cross functionally with senior stakeholders from sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure they are set up for success from a systems and process standpoint
Oversee enterprise systems and integrations across the go-to-market tech stack
Use data to identify areas of optimization in our operations, make recommendations for process improvement, and take these recommendations from ideation to execution
Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
