Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- First experience in communications, content creation, or project management (internship or student project )
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly in both French and English

What the job involves

- 12-month apprenticeship
- You'll be part of our Employer Brand team. Together, you'll be building and amplifying Mirakl's employer brand to attract exceptional tech and business talent around the world
- Amplify our Employer Brand : Manage our Social Media channels, handle community management, optimize our presence on recruitment platforms (Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor…), and create guides and resources for candidates
- ✍️ Create content with our employees : Tech articles, video testimonials, employee portraits, photo stories: you'll find and tell the stories that exist within our teams, showcasing our expertise and what it's really like to work at Mirakl
- 📨 Bring our internal communications to life : Design and write engaging newsletters, help prepare team moments, and contribute to the Mirakl employee experience day to day
- 🎤 Organize events for the tech community : Meetups, conferences, recruitment events, and initiatives that strengthen our place in the tech ecosystem
- 🤝 Connect our teams : Act as the go-to point of contact between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communication, Labs, and other departments to coordinate our employer brand efforts
- A comprehensive view of employer brand strategy, from concept to impact measurement
- Broad, in-demand skills across copywriting, social media, events, internal communications, and project management
- Concrete achievements to showcase: published content, organized events, campaigns delivered end-to-end
- Direct mentorship from our Employer Brand Manager, with regular check-ins on your progress

Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this: if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
