Who you are
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in event planning, project coordination, and working in a high-growth or dynamic environment is a plus

- We are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and demonstrates adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset. They are solution-oriented, unafraid to take on challenges, and consistently seek opportunities to enhance the overall efficiency and success of the team
- Complex Calendaring: Efficiently manage and optimize the CEOs schedules, ensuring alignment with priorities, availability, and organizational goals while proactively addressing conflicts
- Collaboration with EAs: Partner effectively with other Executive Assistants across the organization to maintain alignment, share insights, and foster a culture of teamwork
- Travel Booking: Coordinate and oversee comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Communication Management: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and professional communication on behalf of the executives
- Project Assistance: Support executives in managing and executing projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and providing administrative support as needed
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and other organizational activities, ensuring all details are handled with precision
- General Administrative: Handle ad-hoc requests, prioritize competing demands, and remain flexible in addressing the evolving needs of the executives and the organization

Using AI and machine learning, patient’s data is analysed to evaluate their ability to pay, making it possible to pre-emptively support those in financial difficulty.
PayZen works for patients and medical providers. Providers can expect to get a much higher collection rate with accelerated cash flow, without having to pay software costs or program fees, whist patients receive affordable and flexible access to care without interest or fees. A patient’s debt doesn’t increase, as they never have to pay more than the cost of the service.
While the Buy-Now-Pay-Later space in healthcare is becoming increasingly overcrowded - Afterpay and Sezzle, for example, allow customers to pay their medical bills in interest-free instalments - PayZen's strong funding history puts it in a good position from which to grow. It has used funds to accelerate its mission and launch new ventures such as the "Care Card", that offers the benefits of its payment plans in the form of a physical and virtual debit card.
