Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in partner marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse results and adjust strategies accordingly

What the job involves
- As a Partner Marketing Manager at Sova, you will play a pivotal role in driving our channel, strategic, and commercial partnerships to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our partnerships, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. - Strategic Partner Engagement: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with Sova's goals and values. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual success
- Channel Partner Enablement: Work closely with channel partners, providing them with the marketing tools, resources, and support they need to effectively promote Sova's solutions to their customers
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, events, content, and other initiatives to generate leads and raise brand awareness
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify partnership opportunities and ensure our positioning remains relevant
- Performance Tracking: Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align partner marketing activities with broader business objectives
- Budget Management: Manage the partner marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest ROI
