Proven experience building and nurturing relationships in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience in implementing B2B SaaS products or platforms for enterprise clients
Proficiency in coding/scripting in Python and developing SQL queries

What the job involves

We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial Customer & Partner Engineer to the team!
Facilitate the successful onboarding of partners, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Klarity's platform
Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs
Collaborate with customers to advise on best practices and develop solutions for effective Klarity adoption
Assist customers and partners with technical issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure seamless implementation and usage
Create and deliver training materials and sessions to educate customers and partners on product features and updates
Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development
