Who you are
- Proven hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Science, ideally within GTM, product, or revenue data domains
- Advanced SQL proficiency and deep experience with modern data modeling practices (dbt, modular modeling, semantic layers, testing, documentation)
- Strong Python skills for data transformation, analytical automation, and model development
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures (Salesforce, HubSpot) and funnel analytics
- Proven ability to design analytical datasets and feature sets that support forecasting, scoring, and other predictive models
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, and retention metrics
- Hands-on experience building and applying machine learning models (regression, classification, time series, churn prediction, scoring models)
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level), with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
What the job involves
- As a Senior Analytics Engineer (all genders) in our Revenue Intelligence & Systems team, you will design, build, and scale analytical data products that power predictive and prescriptive intelligence across the entire go-to-market funnel
- You will be a key partner to GTM Strategy, Finance, and Revenue Systems, translating complex business challenges into reliable, production-ready data assets - from forecasting and churn signals to lead and account scoring and next-best-action frameworks
- This is a high-impact, hands-on analytics role where your data models, pipelines, and analyses directly influence revenue performance, executive decision-making, and how our GTM teams operate every day.
- Design, build, and scale analytical data products that support forecasting models, churn detection, lead and account scoring, and next-best-action frameworks across the GTM funnel
- Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines, feature stores, and analytical models that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready
- Partner with GTM Strategy to translate business questions into analytical requirements, metrics, and modeling approaches that drive measurable revenue impact
- Ensure end-to-end data usability across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the data warehouse by enforcing strong data modeling standards, clear semantics, and cross-system consistency
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce and Revenue Systems teams to build automated, event-driven ingestion pipelines that reliably serve downstream analytics and ML workloads
- Own and continuously evolve executive-level KPI logic and GTM performance models within a unified, governed source of truth aligned with Finance and Strategy
- Conduct advanced analyses - including statistical modeling, behavioral pattern detection, and funnel experimentation - to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the revenue engine
