What the job involves

This is an exciting chance to take on a high-impact role at the heart of AnyVan’s Growth Marketing team
We’re expanding fast across the UK and key international markets, and we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to help drive that growth
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things paid social—owning the strategy, execution, and optimisation from the ground up
You'll bring a data-driven mindset, can balance creative testing with performance focus and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced role where you can test, learn, and scale
Lead the planning and execution of paid social strategies across key platforms, ensuring they support our growth and brand goals
Own campaign setup, budget allocation, and ongoing optimisation to meet (and exceed) performance targets
Build a structured testing roadmap—across creative, copy, targeting, and placements—to keep performance moving forward
Work closely with creative teams, UGC creators, and partners to develop content that hits the mark on each platform
Monitor KPIs and create regular, insight-led reports that help us learn and grow
Collaborate with the wider marketing, data, and product teams to ensure accurate attribution, forecasting, and message alignment
Explore new paid social platforms, tools, and tactics to keep us innovative and scalable
Build strong relationships with platform reps to stay ahead of the curve on betas, best practices, and industry changes
Keep a close eye on platform updates, competitor activity, and social trends to make sure we stay one step ahead
