What the job involves
- Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Account Executive (Customer Expansion) is responsible for selling Bucketlist products into our existing enterprise customer base
- This role is the first of its kind at Bucketlist and you will be helping to establish the role and the customer expansion function
- You’ll be working with an exciting list of high profile customers and will be relied upon for your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative style in this unique opportunity
- Build trusting relationships with existing enterprise customers by understanding and envisioning how our products can meet their needs
- Understand our products and value proposition
- Navigate large organizations with multiple teams and locations, expanding our reach to new contacts, departments and countries
- Work closely with Bucketlist’s customer success managers on account strategy within these clients
- Progress all opportunities through the sales cycle, including procurement, in accordance with our sales process and methodology
- Update the Hubspot database with information consistently and align with the assigned CSM
- Prepare regular updates outlining sales performance, pipeline and forecasts
