Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales support, or a related field
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Exposure to analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with implementation, analytics, or sales teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini AI) or automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
- Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments
What the job involves
- The Partner Manager supports client outreach/prospecting and proposals, and ensures that Fetch deliverables align with partner needs. This role contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership
- As a seller at Fetch, you’ll support the sales cycle from outreach through close, learning how to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and build trusted relationships
- You’ll partner with Account Managers to expand partnerships and collaborate with senior team members to refine your approach. You are also expected to begin leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning, support research, and drive efficiency in prospecting, meeting prep, pipeline hygiene, and campaign insight capture
- Support outreach by managing prospect lists, preparing briefs, and joining early conversations
- Draft proposals and sales materials using templates and summaries, with guidance from senior teammates
- Learn Fetch processes and tools to support offer execution and maintain data hygiene
- With guidance from your manager and team, learn and articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products
- Build internal relationships with Account Managers and Industry Leads to understand campaign setup and client needs
- Handle assigned tasks such as data entry, recaps, and follow-ups, incorporating automation where applicable
- Maintain pipeline records in Salesforce, flagging gaps and updates to ensure accuracy
- Assist in relationship mapping, leveraging LinkedIn or ZoomInfo with support from leaders
- Manage a defined revenue quota tied to renewals and upsells across your assigned book of business
- Support accurate pacing and basic forecasting to ensure predictable delivery

Leading mobile shopping and loyalty platform Fetch has seen explosive success in recent years. Its concept is simple: users receive spendable points in exchange for scans of their shopping receipts.
The app has tens of millions of daily active users with even more downloads, and has seen impressive growth, having now reached 'unicorn' status twice over. This should come as no surprise. Brand reinforcement is crucial to customer retention and acquisition - but it is harder than ever, with the fragmentation of choice on the market and the declining efficacy of marketing. So material loyalty benefits are likely to prove a crucial tool in creating and leveraging a strong customer base.
Whilst Fetch faces competition from similar receipt-scan rewards platforms like ReceiptPal and Ibotta, it grew into a profitable company in late 2023. And its using its most recent Morgan Stanley-backed funding to aggressively add brand partners at a competitive pace and onboard staff at a level that promises strong continued growth.
