Who you are

- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Understanding of technical roles and common programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting databases

- Our GTM organization is driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions across healthcare systems, and we're looking for an exceptional talent partner to fuel our growth
- This position will be instrumental in Abridge's continued success as we plan to double our team size this year
- This role focuses on the front-end of the recruiting process, specializing in finding qualified candidates for sales, customer success, finance, marketing, and other G&A and GTM positions
- The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with an understanding of roles and the ability to craft compelling outreach messages
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn and other platforms to identify potential candidates
- Research and build talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Craft personalized outreach messages that resonate with our target audience
- Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate interest and background
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, even when no immediate opportunities exist
- Partner closely with GTM Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Ashby)
- Provide regular updates on sourcing metrics and pipeline status
- Participate in intake meetings to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Stay current on technical trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Identify new sourcing channels and recruiting tools to improve efficiency
Our take
Summarizing key elements of healthcare conversations is crucial for both physicians and patients. Medical scribes, though effective, are costly, and the healthcare system faces funding and staffing crises. This has created a demand for more efficient notetaking solutions.
This is where Abridge comes in, it has developed a HIPAA-compliant AI platform that transcribes, structures, summarizes, and provides insights from audio or transcripts of medical conversations. It claims to work across all specialities and offers patient-friendly summaries in easy-to-understand language.
Abridge aims to alleviate pressure on the healthcare system from the patient's perspective, a unique approach among healthtech startups. While companies like Inovia, DOUB, and DeepScribe focus on assisting physicians with medical transcription AI, they lack Abridge's patient-centric features, which are valuable in enhancing the patient experience.
