Head of Security, Aily Labs

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a Head of Security role
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2)
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption tools
• Strong understanding of network security, cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure), and application security
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating tasks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively

• We are seeking a talented Head of Security to join our dynamic team
• Reporting directly to the Tech Platform Lead, and being the first in the IT team, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining Aily’s IT infrastructure (mostly SaaS services) as well as safeguarding our organization's critical information and infrastructure
• Establish and enforce comprehensive security policies, guidelines, and governance to uphold the highest security standards for Aily’s SaaS AI-Tech platform and product
• Lead Risk Management and Security Operations to proactively identify and mitigate security threats that could affect our product or organization
• Oversee the security of our technology stack, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Mac laptops, ensuring these tools are both secure and efficient to meet our business needs
• Direct the Security Team in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security alerts across all platforms, ensuring rapid and effective threat mitigation
• Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization, integrating security best practices into all operations, including development through DevSecOps
• Coordinate and lead internal and external security audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage and optimize security technologies and tools, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and robustly protect our systems and data
• Lead and mentor the security team, conducting performance management, feedback sessions, and fostering professional growth to maintain a motivated and engaged team
