Who you are

5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS sales role
3+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts (big plus for proven 6-figure deal experience)
Exposure selling into Education accounts, preferred
Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, focused on both Enterprise and Education accounts
You will join a highly motivated, upbeat Enterprise team that takes pride in nurturing existing relationships, finding new customers, running strategic sales cycles, and accelerating Innovation within our most strategic accounts
In addition to closing new logos, expanding revenue, and renewing customers, this person will play a critical role in helping design, build, and execute on our go-to-market strategy within the Education vertical
The role will blend the pursuit of both Education and traditional Enterprise accounts
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on annual and quarterly deal cycles, closing both net-net customers and expanding/renewing existing customers in the Education and Enterprise space
You will be the sole owner of the Education book of business across the US and Canada with key responsibilities including: landing net-new customers to Miro, managing the Miro footprint and growth at our install base, building relationships with key stakeholders, and selling the value of Miro
You’ll work collaboratively with our BDR, CS, SE, and Marketing/events teams to drive success
Prospect, Develop, close, and retain new and existing customers on our Miro Platform
Manage a book of customer accounts
Reach out to new trials/users within customers to expand use cases and drive more revenue
Work with Marketing and the SDR team on executing campaigns
You will run effective discovery and demonstrations, partner with our customer success team to run success pilots
Identify, Establish and Cultivate relationships with Senior Level Executives
Forecast Pipeline Accurately and Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
Help Blueprint and Drive Best Practices across the sales organization

Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.

Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.

Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 100M users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. And as part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
