Who you are
- Have 2-5 years of experience deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
- Possess a good understanding of cloud-native services like AWS
- Have a general understanding of how CI/CD pipelines can be tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can apply your past experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development and deployment workflows
- Are passionate about sharing your knowledge and mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the DevOps team
- Possess a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system reliability, and improve the overall efficiency of the development and deployment lifecycle
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi for managing cloud resources
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing support and guidance on DevOps practices

What the job involves
- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Delivery Loop Team, which is part of our Developer Productivity Pillar
- You’ll be responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to our customers
- This year, we have exciting opportunities to help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers!
- Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
- Participate in implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Contribute to the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments
- Collaborate in defining and enforcing development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in pre-production environments
- Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, participate in evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
