Head of Product Software, Pison

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software products in a fast-paced environment
• Domain experience in cloud infrastructure, web applications, mobile applications and data engineering
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with devices, IoT, wearables, electroneurography (ENG), and/or artificial intelligence is a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• As the Vice President of Product Software at Pison Technology, you will lead the engineering teams developing the product software that powers our breakthrough consumer and wellness products
• Leveraging electroneurography (ENG) and artificial intelligence, you will oversee the development of software that enables users to provide real-time insights into the body's nervous system
• Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of neural-based applications and advancing our vision of improving human health and wellness
• The role will be responsible for Pison’s product software technology, including our Platform Software, Applications, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure
• Lead and manage several teams of software, data and platform engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful development and delivery of product software
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
• Work closely with other department heads to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall company goals
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the software engineering team
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations within the software engineering team
• Lead the development and execution of the product software strategy, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to define and prioritize product software features
• Oversee the development of mobile and cloud product software, ensuring high quality, reliability, and performance
• Drive innovation and delivery in product software, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance user experience and functionality
• Manage the product software development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software
• Work closely with product management to understand customer needs and market trends, and translate them into product software requirements
