Product Designer, KareHero

• Demonstrable expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity design. You have impeccable attention to detail. You have owned and managed complex design systems.
• You have worked alongside developers using systems like Storybook to ensure designs meet user and commercial needs and are consistent with the design system and brand guidelines. High level of proficiency in commonly used design, prototyping and user research and testing applications, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and Miro
• Experience working with Product Managers and commercial staff to conduct testing. Strong judgement that comes from the practical experience of prioritising and running different tests. You naturally synthesise information for colleagues and can offer expert guidance in prioritising remediations. You have solid verbal and written communication skills.
• You have worked in a startup from the ground up and enjoy the challenge of working together for quick turnarounds

Desirable

• Work alongside founders, commercial staff, and product managers, and reach out to customers and users to help define requirements and create experiences to meet customer, user and business needs. Move iteratively from design to working product.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Own and maintain the KareHero design system for product, print and digital. Manage freelance and agency staff to ensure delivery of outsourced work for marketing materials.
• Work closely with developers as designs are implemented into the product, ensure the design meets user, customer, and business needs, and maintain design integrity.
