What the job involves
- This role will serve as the central commercial project manager and business analyst for CLEAR’s new TSA PreCheck enrollment offering
- Reporting directly to the Head of PreCheck, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional support from marketing, operations, tech, and compliance to drive execution of key workstreams
- You will also leverage analytical skills to report on business performance, identifying and leading initiatives for top and bottom line growth
- Serve as the central project manager for all cross-functional workstreams related to the PreCheck business, driving workstream execution and coordination across teams
- Develop a deep understanding of the TSA PreCheck P&L, maintaining an up-to-date view of growth trends, market penetration, upsell conversion, and the full cost structure of the business
- Leverage data to devise and lead initiatives for cost and process optimization
- Assess revenue growth opportunities, including prospective third-party distribution partners, geographic expansion, temporary enrollment activations, and marketing initiatives
- Own and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key strategic partners, including government stakeholders
- Build and own the internal governance structure for the TSA PreCheck business, including internal business performance reviews
- Keep a close pulse on the competitive landscape and opportunities for CLEAR to win market share by providing a differentiated customer-centric experience

The company creates a single touchless ID based on a user’s biometrics, such as their eyes and face, enabling quick identity verification and frictionless travel.
CLEAR continues to develop its product, and is now moving beyond airports into office buildings, restaurants, and stadiums. The technology has already been used by several sports and entertainment partners, including multiple NBA teams and in the Super Bowl.
The company went public on the NYSE in June 2021 following a strategic funding round of $100M, which is being invested into accelerating the company's growth whilst expanding its offerings. Its technology is now being used for age verification, virtual queuing, and checking in.
