Role
Who you are
- You will bring a strong track record of success in sales, with clear examples of top performance, rapid advancement, and consistent revenue generation
- 3-4 Years of Proven Success in Sales: Demonstrated track record as a top performer, ideally with rapid career progress or consistent recognition
- Strong SMB Sales Experience: Experience closing deals with a $5k-$12k ACV, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where quick closes (1-2 calls) are common
- Previous experience managing Account Executives: being able to inspire, coach, and lead by example
- Strong communication skills. You ask questions, demonstrate curiosity, and are eager to continuously learn and push boundaries
- Must be based in NYC, relaxation assistance provided
What the job involves
- As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives while actively engaging in closing strategic SMB deals yourself
- You will sell LiveFlow to Accounting Professionals and Finance Teams, all while guiding your team to excel
- You’ll manage, mentor, and develop Account Executives while being hands-on in sales activity
- We are looking for a Player/Coach who will set the pace in both leadership and sales excellence, directly contributing to our revenue goals
- Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process of selling LiveFlow to Accounting firms and Finance Teams, setting an example for your team through hands-on experience
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, setting performance goals, and providing coaching to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Partner with our founding team to evolve the Sales Playbook, refine the go-to-market strategy, and offer input on product direction based on customer feedback
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders in Accounting and Finance (CFOs, Heads of Finance, VPs of Finance) to drive new business and support team goals

Excel represents an essential tool used by finance professionals every day. According to LiveFlow, even though Excel was widely used in finance for the past 30 years, it's a standard tool that did not improve in time, thus it failed to adapt to the increasingly complex needs of finance professionals. The company aims to solve this problem by creating a modern Financial Management tool that aims to serve the needs of modern finance teams.
The founders first came up with the idea for LiveFlow after co-founder, Lasse, went bankrupt running his first business. Aiming to stop any other business having the same fate, LiveFlow was launched to ensure that clients have access to all of their financial information in one place.
The company differentiates itself through its proprietary technology that allows spreadsheets to automatically connect to the real-time data of users from Google Sheets, banks, and accounting platforms. LiveFlow already counts Nova Credit, Unfurl, Gorgias, and Olaf among its clients. Having closed a seed round in 2022, it continues to build a strong customer base.
