Who you are
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Proven consumer marketing experience in France (3+ years)
- Proven track record in influencer marketing or in partnership marketing
- Native French and an advanced level in business English are required
- Have an analytical and data-driven mindset to all decision making to ensure all marketing strategies are measured by impact
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you communicate daily with all teams
- Are a quick learner
- Are positive with a flexible approach
- Are a strong communicator and relationship builder

What the job involves
- Influence (50%)
- Develop and manage relationships with agencies and influencers
- Create and coordinate creative influencer marketing campaigns
- Analyse performances and produce reports to measure the impact of each campaign
- Partnerships (50%)
- Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of existing and new partners (student societies, fitness areas, key brands) in France
- Contact and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure the best visibility for Fruitz
- Plan and organise events and activations with partners to promote the brand and its values
Application process
- Discovery (1hr): if your profile catches our attention we will set up a call to discuss the role, your experiences, your expectations, as well as some technical questions. It's the opportunity for you to feel if you want to work with us!
- Case study (5 days): after our first call, we will want to have a deeper understanding of the way you work and how you would solve some of Fruitz challenges
- Case Study review (1hr): we will take some time to discuss the case study with you. This is also the opportunity for you to better understand the role objectives and missions
- Culture fit (30mn): this final step is the best time to get to know a bit better whom you might be working with at Fruitz. You will have the opportunity to meet other team members (marketing, engineers, designers), to ask questions about their day-to-day, their experiences at Fruitz, or even their hobbies
- ⌛ We usually will give you an answer on that last step within 3/5 business days
Our take
Since launching in 2014, Bumble has been one of the fastest growing dating apps in the world. It now boasts over 12.3 million monthly active users, and is consistently in the top 10 of lifestyle apps in the US.
Bumble's founder was a co-founder and VP of Marketing at Tinder (she ultimately left among allegations of sexism at the company). This would have given her great insights and experience into the dating market as it began to come online - enabling the company to build for what people want.
Bumble's selling point, as it competes with a pile of other dating apps, is that is empowers women to make the first move by giving them the ability to control the conversation. This has certainly proved popular, and is no doubt one of the reasons behind its success so far.
