Who you are
- You have experience working in a production, project management, or coordination role within game development, mobile apps, digital products, or an agency environment
- You understand how creative production works and are comfortable coordinating projects involving trailers, marketing assets, visual content, or similar deliverables. You don't need to be an artist yourself, but you know how to communicate effectively with creative teams and understand the processes behind their work
- You're highly organised and enjoy bringing structure to complex projects with many stakeholders. You are proactive, communicate clearly, and naturally create alignment between people with different priorities and perspectives
- You enjoy improving processes, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and helping teams work more effectively together. An interest in games is a must have, and an interest in Warhammer is a big plus

- As a Marketing Producer at Snowprint, you'll help ensure that our marketing efforts run smoothly, from the earliest planning stages through to final delivery
- You'll work closely with both marketing and game development, making sure everyone has the information, priorities, and support they need to do their best work
- You'll play an important part in how the team works together day to day
- This means building strong relationships across teams, creating clarity when priorities compete, and helping maintain an environment where communication is open, respectful, and effective
- You'll be observant to the needs of both individuals and the wider team, stepping in when needed to facilitate discussions, improve ways of working, and help create a positive and collaborative atmosphere

- In this role, you'll play an important part in creating the structure and alignment that allows both marketing and game development to succeed
- You'll own the production and coordination of marketing assets, including trailers, user acquisition creatives, app store content, localisation assets, and community-facing materials. You'll help ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time, keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned
- You'll act as a bridge between marketing and game development, working closely with both parts of the team to coordinate upcoming releases, campaign needs, game builds, and asset production. You'll maintain timelines, track priorities, identify risks and bottlenecks, and help create visibility across multiple ongoing initiatives
- You'll also help improve the way we work. This could mean refining production workflows, introducing new tools or automations, improving feedback processes, or creating structures that make collaboration easier and more effective. You'll work with both our internal team and external partners, helping ensure that deliverables meet quality expectations and arrive when they're needed
Our take
Over the years mobile devices have become more and more powerful, and as a result people playing games on them have begun to expect more from what's on offer than the relatively simple titles of yesteryear. Recognising this change in the market, mobile gaming veterans from King, DICE and Rovio came together to form Snowprint Studios, a games developer aimed squarely at the growing "midcore" gamer demographic: players who game daily and expect a little more depth than casual clickers.
Snowprint has to date produced three major releases: Legend of Solgard, Rivengard and Warhammer 40,000 Tactitus (based on the popular Games Workshop franchise). These games have attracted uniformly high reviews for their tight gameplay and high production values, and the company has grown a player base of millions across its properties.
Developing within the Warhammer franchise was a smart move for Snowprint, as it taps into a player base that is comfortable with repeated microtransactions (in its original incarnation, it was a rather expensive tabletop miniatures game where figures are bought individually or in small groups). An acquisition by Modern Times Group in 2023 meant that the Swedish game developer could utilise MTG's Flow Platform - a business intelligence tool. Its purchase will also allow Tacticus to expand to other platforms, expanding the reach of Snowprint's games.
