Who you are
- Experienced qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent)
- Experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment in a business partnering focussed role
- Experience of working with complex data sets and performing scenario planning and modelling
- Experience in producing high-quality analysis and reporting
- Experience of influencing and managing stakeholders
- Team player who works for the success of the wider team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and deal with high volumes of information

What the job involves
- This role sits within the Supply Chain Finance team and is focussed on supporting the delivery solutions team who are responsible for getting our packages out to customers and returns back
- In addition to owning monthly actuals, forecasting and budgeting of relevant areas; the role will business partner relevant supply chain and procurement stakeholders ensuring we work collaboratively to drive financial performance and an excellent customer
- Business partnering director of delivery solutions and regional Head Ofs to ensure they fully understand the financial performance, and have the insights and support needed to optimise of their business areas
- Working with other finance teams to align commercial strategy with supply chain activities to optimise carrier and service mix
- Perform ad-hoc analysis across relevant areas, utilising a range of data sources to model scenarios and allow stakeholders to make effective, data-driven decisions
- Managing P&L for Delivery Solutions, ensuring reported monthly results are accurate
- Leading forecasting processes to ensure the business has an accurate understanding of the relevant P&L lines, ensuring commercial and supply chain strategies are reflected in forward projections
- Line managing and developing the Senior Finance Analyst – Delivery Solutions and other analysts, ensuring they are performing high quality work that supports their stakeholders needs
- Working with change and transformation team and stakeholders across the business to deliver improvements to processes and data-flows; improving accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies

Now, the website sells over 850 brands, as well as its own ranges, and ships across the UK, US and EU.
