Who you are

1+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness
Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with our clients

What the job involves

Aspire is looking for a Campaign Associate to join our Agency Services Team
This role is responsible for providing influencer and social campaign support across a range of diverse enterprise clients
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, and confident in providing outstanding campaign support on a variety of complex accounts
Work on large-scale influencer marketing campaigns for top-tier brands
Identify and invite creators to campaigns and compile top creator options for clients
Work directly with influencers to negotiate terms, set campaign details, coordinate and review content, issue payments and support product fulfillment
Support Campaign Managers in effective and efficient project management across campaigns
Collect and analyze platform analytics to support campaign learnings
Have a deep understanding and interest in social media strategy and all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok
