Senior Product Manager, StyleSeat

• 5+ years of product management experience, including:
• 3+ years building products focused on consumer or two-sided (B2B2C) marketplace
• Demonstrated success identifying opportunities, defining and launching excellent products that you can connect to business impact
• Demonstrated success building adoption for established products
• Experience using lean, user-centric, and insight-driven product development methodologies
• An ability to break a roadmap down into experiments for testing hypotheses
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment
• Have an owner-mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on building our consumer product, helping clients manage their beauty routine, and discover new services and Pros in our marketplace
• You will collaborate with cross-functional partners on strategic direction, ideation, and validation; work with engineers and data scientists to build, launch, and test concepts; and learn from customers and data to keep StyleSeat on the cutting edge of technology for the beauty and wellness industry
• Own the product strategy: Define and lead a product strategy that puts customers first and delivers on business goals
• Be the Customer Expert: Get to know our customers inside and out—identify, validate, and prioritize their biggest needs to guide what we build
