What the job involves
- Drive the next stage of commercial growth by joining our small and stellar sales team as a full cycle sales professional to scale our go-to-market approach
- In this role, you will balance short term vs long term pipeline, and refine your expertise in sourcing deals from a wide variety of channels
- This is an opportunity to be an early member of the sales team where you will have a direct impact on the structure and processes that lead to our continued success
- Manage full cycle from prospecting, discovery, through negotiation of five and six figure contracts
- Driving value to your prospects by identifying business challenges and aligning Vault solutions
- Delivering accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management
- Collaborating with the greater sales team to share best practices and innovate as we enter new markets/verticals and refine our GTM strategies through each stage of our growth
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across a complex buying committee
- Identify product development opportunities within our market during the sales process, feeding back to product and marketing to contribute to the product roadmap
Our take
Vault provides enterprise-size companies with software for misconduct reporting used by employees. The company was established after Neta Meidav, the founder, was harassed by her hiring manager which forced her to leave her dream job.
The platform differentiates itself through allowing its users to save and time-stamp misconduct evidence, such as texts and e-mails, and submit when and in the manner that feel most comfortable with. This can be named, anonymously or by using GoTogether (which will only report it to the company when someone also names the person being reported). Its main priority now is to invest in AI in order to expand upon those features, add sophistication to its service and maintain its competitive advantage.
Competition in its area of expertise is forecasted to increase in the following years as ensuring workplace ethical conduct becomes a priority for companies. To tackle this,. Vault has invested its funding in developing new features to further simplify misconduct reporting. With companies like Tripadvisor, Epic Games, Trustpilot, Airbnb and Upwork all using Vault's platform to enhance their workplace ethics, the company is well on its way to a future of success.
