What the job involves
- Get to grips with our tech stack
- Help build and maintain processes used by various teams
- Work alongside our thriving sales team to ensure our CRM (Salesforce) is optimized
- Support Content with projects in our CMS
- Support Course Creation team in our L&D platforms
- Ad-hoc projects, including our media, content services & membership programs
- Flexible & diverse workload
- Bring new ideas to the table
- Work closely with our Head of Marketing to oversee our data acquisition and warming journey end-to-end
- As required, collaborate with our education team to help us build first-class course experiences to every single one of our students
- Team up with content and marketing and help us build out and deliver on an awesome video marketing strategy that rakes in those YouTube views
