Who you are

3+ years in People / HR Operations
Strong payroll knowledge and experience working with payroll processes
Good working knowledge of employment law in practice (not advisory)
Experience with HR systems and people data
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Track record of improving processes or systems
Comfortable working across teams (e.g. Finance, managers)
Confident using data to support decisions and improvements

What the job involves

You’ll run and improve our People Operations and Compliance foundations, making sure things are accurate, consistent and built to scale
You’ll focus on delivering high-quality outputs while making our systems, processes and ways of working better over time
