Role
Who you are
- 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in analytical and operational roles like Consulting, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a dynamic, fast-growing B2B sales environment
- Naturally curious with proven strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot or Salesforce, is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Nice to have: Basic SQL skills to extract, transform, and load data from various sources; Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools to create appealing and informative dashboards and reports
- Comfortable with analysing large data sets in Excel/Gsheets
- Experience with data visualisation is a plus
- Familiarity with e-learning, ed-tech environments, or related industries is a plus
What the job involves
- Come join us as an Associate on the Sales Operations team at Multiverse! In this 6-month contract position, you will support our go-to-market analytics within our B2B business
- This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of experience to develop their analytical skillset and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes, extracting insights from various data sources and supporting our B2B sales and marketing teams in driving business growth
- CRM and sales systems data management: Utilise CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage and analyse customer data, supporting sales and marketing campaigns
- Continuous improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of key operational and data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Insights and recommendations: Generate actionable insights based on data analysis, making recommendations to enhance marketing and sales strategies, campaign targeting, and lead management
- Collaborative approach: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data science, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Data Quality: Setup & maintain processes to drive high data quality
- Data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, utilising SQL and related technologies, to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization
- Data visualisation: Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports to present complex data insights to stakeholders in marketing and sales teams

- Everything we do in the DEI space is undertaken with the goal of being representative of the geographies in which we operate – and our apprentice community. Gender diversity has been a long-term challenge for the tech world. We're proud that 55% of our UK Team identify as women, this increases to 64% of our Global Leadership Team (director level and above). We're also proud of our thriving LGBTQQIAAP community, comprising 11% of our UK Team.
- We're committed to improving the diversity of our workforce, at all levels. We continue to invest in early talent through our in-house apprenticeship scheme – something we know is a fantastic route into our organization for exceptional talent from a diversity of backgrounds.
- Last year we identified improving the diversity of our Global Leadership Team (director level+) internally as an area of focus.
