Role

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, analytics, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans

What the job involves

  • The Corporate Finance team is at the core of driving strategic planning, operational execution, and financial decision-making across the company
  • As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead high-impact initiatives, including company-wide and team-wide OKRs, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Board of Directors (BOD) materials, while working cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and the CFO organization
  • This role requires a strategic thinker and strong project manager who can synthesize complex business challenges, drive alignment among senior stakeholders, and execute solutions with measurable impact
  • You will influence decision-making at the highest levels, support executives, and ensure teams stay accountable to financial and operational goals
  • Additionally, you will own financial modeling and P&L consolidation, leveraging advanced Google Sheets proficiency to provide data-driven insights that shape company strategy
  • This is a unique opportunity to shape company-wide strategic initiatives, drive financial and operational excellence, and gain substantial senior leadership exposure
  • If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy tackling high-priority business challenges, and excel at driving strategic initiatives across functions, then this role is for you
  • Own Strategic & Financial Planning Processes – Drive company-wide and team-wide OKRs, QBRs, and BOD deck preparation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, and the CFO Org to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance financial and operational efficiency

Our take

No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.

The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
