Role
Who you are
- Must live on the Peninsula (San Francisco Bay Area) and be able to commute to our Redwood City office 5 days per week
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within tech or healthcare tech
- Demonstrated expertise in complex calendaring and scheduling logistics, managing multiple calendars in various time zones, while coordinating across diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, 70%-80% of this role will be scheduling through Greenhouse and Google Calendar. \
- Advanced knowledge with Gsuite
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience, particularly for executive and senior-level candidates
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations and processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and a highly collaborative team player
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing demands with a positive attitude

- Masterful Interview Scheduling: Own and expertly manage complex interview schedules for a high volume of candidates across various departments and time zones, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. You'll be the go-to person for all scheduling logistics
- Elevated Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, clear instructions, and a warm, welcoming experience that reflects Suki's culture. You'll ensure every candidate interaction is positive and professional
- Greenhouse ATS Expertise: Leverage your deep proficiency in Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, generate reports, and maintain accurate recruiting data
- Recruiting Operations Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to the recruiting team, including drafting offer letters, initiating background checks, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing candidate expense reimbursements
- Executive Support: Provide specialized coordination support for executive-level searches, understanding the nuances of high-touch candidate management and discretion required for senior hires
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Onsite Presence: Maintain a consistent 5-day-per-week onsite presence in our Redwood City office, actively contributing to our collaborative and vibrant team culture
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline recruiting processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function
Our take
For medical practitioners, so much time is spent on paperwork, time that could be better spent looking after patients. Suki aims to solve this problem by using natural language processing and machine learning technologies to create powerful AI voice solutions specifically aimed at healthcare professionals.
Suki integrates with major EHR systems, recording conversations and notes, and using the data to complete paperwork automatically. Suki states that by using this system, time spent taking notes can be reduced by around 75%, which translates into a 12% increase in time spent with patients. Providing software free of charge also acts as a great way to get product feedback and as a marketing tactic, should healthcare professionals enjoy using their technology.
The company raised series C funding in 2021, which has funded a number of strategic investments that will ultimately lead to an expansion of its customer base through new partnerships with health systems and medical groups. 2022 saw Suki increase its uses by 7x, all whilst implementing updates and upgrades to its products. In 2024, it raised an impressive series D round, with which it will bolster its preexisting partnerships and enhance its products.
