- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- Juniper Square is looking for a dynamic, organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our SVP of People and our Chief Solutions Officer
- This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your ability to take charge and help ensure each leader you support can operate to their fullest potential
- You will be a key member of these teams at Juniper Square and will have access to leadership across the business as well as within the Engineering, Product and People Teams
- In addition to Executive Assistant responsibilities, this role will include some facilities work in the San Francisco and NYC offices and will also assist with interviews and offsite planning and scheduling as needed
- Juniper Square places great emphasis on our incredible company culture and maintaining an environment of inclusion and collaboration
- Proactively manage the professional calendar of the two leaders, including making recommendations in regards to time management and prioritization
- Research, coordinate and execute on domestic and international travel
- Research, coordinate and execute on events, such as choosing venues, catering, activities, etc
- Manage reimbursable expenses
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage facilities for the San Francisco and NYC offices, including coordinating with office vendors, collecting and distributing mail, and overall ensuring a safe and clean work space
- Assist with various other tasks as assigned, including interview coordination and assisting with offsite scheduling for the departments they support
