Role
Who you are
- Strategy: This role requires equal parts strategic thinking, project management, analytical chops, and the ability to drive execution
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels. Strong in developing standard rhythms & reports to highlight the right information up/down and across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience with Excel and in business analytics
- 2-5 years of experience with SQL
- 2-5 years of experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience with Python and Snowflake is a nice-to-have

What the job involves
- As a Senior Transportation Analyst, you will conduct an in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- You will collaborate with team members to understand their analytics needs and the best possible solutions
- Responsibilities will include developing, refining, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation operations
- Continuous Improvement: You'll continuously develop new processes and enhance existing ones. Frame and solve new problems by leading through a process of discovery, test-and-learn, or rapid prototyping
- Influence: Cross-functional coordination and coaching/training/clear communication, including partnering with our Software teams to achieve scalable technology solutions & associated business processes
- Hands-on & Results-Driven: We are a hands-on company. You will be expected to dive in where needed to work side-by-side with employees at all levels of the organization to help them drive results
