Who you are

  • 2-3 years of experience in integrated or brand marketing
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a mix of paid, earned, and owned media
  • Strong project management skills—able to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track
  • Experience working with external agency partners (paid media, PR, affiliates, influencer)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re a connector who keeps everyone informed and organized
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you’re always looking for ways to optimize and improve marketing execution
  • Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to help bring our brand campaigns to life across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across all paid, earned, and owned marketing
  • As a key liaison between internal teams and agency partners, you’ll ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and that our marketing investments drive measurable impact
  • Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with key campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate and PR channels, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate go-to-market launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Serve as a point of contact for marketing agencies (paid media, PR, affiliate, etc.), ensuring campaigns align with brand priorities and that details are executed on
  • Support the execution of brand partnerships, influencer activations, and PR initiatives
  • Track and manage marketing budgets in collaboration with leadership
  • Develop creative briefs, and collaborate with creative operations to manage the full content creation process—including project kickoffs, feedback cycles, and final delivery to key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze competitive and aspirational brands, reporting relevant trends, ideas, and insights with the marketing and creative teams to inspire and inform strategy

quip is doing just this by producing innovative dental care products that are sold direct-to-customer as an automatic subscription service. While companies such as Shyn, Goby and Buck Brush Co. present competition in the electronic toothbrush industry, Quip’s partnership with Target demonstrates it could be ahead in the race.

The company has raised funding of over $160M to date, which has been invested into expanding its global footprint whilst scaling its personal care platform. It also acquired several smaller companies such as Toothpic and released its own electric toothbrush, described as "industry-disrupting" due to its three-month battery life. With these achievements under its belt, the future is one of great excitement for the company.
