Who you are

You have proven experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, present confidently and influence others
You are tech-proficient, comfortable using MS Office tools and willing to learn new software
You have proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, while maintaining strong attention to detail
You are a team player and self-starter - able to work well both independently without micro-management and with colleagues

What the job involves

Own the customer journey from post-sale onboarding through launch, ongoing success, and renewal
Drive and demonstrate long term value through regular communication across multiple channels to ensure customer retention and licence renewal
Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Monitor and report on progress, sharing updates with internal and external stakeholders against agreed goals
Identify blockers to success and proactively suggest solutions, whether features, resources, or process improvements
Uncover opportunities for growth within customer accounts
Collect and share valuable client feedback to inform product development and support future sales conversations
