Who you are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing and leading complex projects in a global environment
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices
- Previous experience and know-how of Salesforce is a huge plu
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quantifiable results
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills, including clarity and conciseness, active listening, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, relationship building, and conflict resolution
- Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across departments
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- High agency and proactiveness, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects forward without constant supervision
- Proficiency in SQL is not mandatory, but will be considered a differentiating factor
What the job involves
- The Revenue Operations mandate in 2024 is to elevate Go-To-Market operational excellence, help scale the business with tools & processes and empower the business with a high degree of business partnering and enablement
- We are looking for a Revenue Operations Project Manager (m/f/x) to join our team who will be working cross functionally on initiatives that align Sales and Customer Success operations and help Docplanner’s Go-To-Market strategy be operationalized with excellence, alignment and scalability
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices
- Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects
- System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools. Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects

Healthcare platform Docplanner has become a major player in the European healthtech market in the decade since it was founded. The company offers a suite of administrative tools for over 22M patients and around 2M doctors worldwide, including workflow digitisation and appointment booking services. The company currently operate in 13 countries, hit Unicorn status in 2021, and has been riding a recent wave of digital transformation and workforce overburdening in the healthcare sector which has spurred on demand for precisely the kind of services they provide. So it’s safe to say business is going well.
What is most compelling about Docplanner’s business journey has been its long-brewing competition with their direct competitor, the fellow Unicorn and better-funded Doctolib. The tête-à-tête with this French/German rival has seen both parties making aggressive European expansion with national acquisitions - Doctolib in Italy, France, and Germany; Docplanner in Turkey, Poland, Spain, and Latin America. With Docplanner’s 2021 acquisition of German parallel platform Jameda, however, they are making moves on Doctolib’s home turf. The company has also acquired MyDr, a leading Polish tech solutions provider.
These broad consolidation moves represent a maturation of the healthtech market which will serve both competitors well. Docplanner is certainly a key and aggressive contender in this race - and this company isn't going anywhere any time soon.
