Who you are

You have at least 3 years of CSM experience in B2B SaaS
You are still an individual contributor and you work with SMBs / mid-market companies (we are not looking for someone at Enterprise level)
High volume: you are used to handling a book of business of 200+ accounts (ideally 300-500 accounts)
Data literate: you are comfortable working with data
Strong CRM Management skills
You are customer-centric and have a strong desire to position yourself as product expert
You are comfortable with sales discovery methodologies
You are structured, process-driven, autonomous and you are comfortable working remotely
Alignment with our values: you have a strong sense of ownership, you are pragmatic & you are at ease to give and receive feedback (while not taking yourself too seriously!)
(Near-) Native level German speaker & fluent in English
Based in Europe (or ready to relocate)
Excited to come to Paris: You’re able to spend 3 days every 2 months with the whole team in our office in Paris

What the job involves

As the sole Customer Success Manager for the German market, your main mission will be to provide a high level of service and strategic advice to our clients in order to ensure a high customer health score
You’ll manage the whole client lifecycle, from onboarding to working with the sales team for renewals
In more details:
Onboarding: you are the clients’ main point of contact from the contract signature onward. From data validation to product’s onboarding, you’ll provide a top notch customer experience
Support & success: you’ll handle reactive and proactive support
Renewals: you’ll work with the sales team to ensure successful renewals
Product: you’ll be the voice of the customer internally to feed the product roadmap
Knowledge: you’ll contribute to internal & external knowledge bases
