What the job involves

As a Data Scientist at Homebase, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and other business stakeholders to build data and data science-driven features
Solving critical business problems across various areas using data analysis and data science
Developing metrics to assess the end-user impact of the ML models (e.g, time-saved)
Communicating the results of data science experiments to non-technical audiences
Participating in the monthly DS demos to talk about data science to the wider company
Working with our data and product engineering teams to productionize the data science models
Supporting Product, Engineering, and other leaders in data-driven decision-making
