Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with five years or more years related experience strongly preferred
- Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates

What the job involves
- The Director of National Accounts builds strategic relationships both internally and externally to sustain and grow a portfolio of accounts, actively engaging with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service and increased client retention as we continue to grow our business nationally
- Champion the effort to maintain and grow the company’s new and existing revenue base
- Establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels to ensure our processes and applications align with client needs
- Develop a thorough understanding of client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with National Account Managers and key national accounts
- Partner with Fleet leadership to establish optimal account management strategies, processes, product enhancements, automated workflows and KPI’s to drive scale for the team
- Leverage experience, industry trends and best practices to align solutions with new and existing clients to drive increased retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with Operations; Product; and Partnership Development teams to ensure the client's expectations are being met or exceeded
- Provide customer and market intelligence back to Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams regarding the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based upon the team’s interactions with clients
- Define and implement optimal account management processes to ensure consistent service levels across the National Account Management team
- Develop customer engagement metrics for the National Account Management team which will be maintained and updated in Salesforce.com
- Partner with Sales and Operations team leaders to ensure frictionless new client onboarding experience improving first appointment success for all team members involved
- Leverage outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company to ensure optimal processes and product enhancements are implemented timely
- Develop your team of National Account Managers and oversee key national accounts

Users can access at-home or at-work services, with RepairSmight also offering this service to fleet operators, dealerships, and rental agencies. This new, on-demand, on-location approach looks set to modernize the independent repairs market, which to date has remained relatively undisrupted.
The speed of RepairSmith’s growth speaks highly of its solution. It has expanded across several states and attracted high-end backing from the likes of Mercedes Benz and Porsche Ventures. The company's approach has meshed well with the shift towards on-demand home delivery services, and the timing of RepairSmith’s launch definitely contributed to its establishment.
With RepairSmith’s two-sided approach to automotive repairs, it has exposure to a substantial portion of the lucrative US automotive service market. In 2022 it was acquired by AutoNation, an automotive retailer based in Florida, as part of its efforts to enter the after-sales service market and respond to consumer demand for more convenience in these services.
