Product Manager, FedML

• Bachelor's degree and practical experience in a computer science related field
• 4 years of experience in software product management, or 3 years of experience in product management with an advanced degree
• PM experience with products that involve ML or artificial intelligence
• Great instinct for great usability
• Can think end-to-end & empathetically about the user experience for a number of roles involved with software and ML/AI deployments
• A lifelong & fast learner. The AI space is evolving fast.
• Collaborative and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English environment
• Passionate about the possibilities with modern AI solutions

Desirable

• Ideate, plan, design, and manage the end-to-end product cycle for our evolving MLOPs & LLMOps platform which solve for an expanding set of AI and compute problems for our clients.
• Engage with our customers directly to gather meaningful insight and feedback to understand unmet needs, prioritize, and create a world class product.
• Leverage those customer learnings and work cross-functionally with engineering, biz-dev, leadership, sales, & partners to identify, prioritize, and design new features and functionality that leverage our platform's strengths, engineering strengths, and geo-distributed compute advantages.
• Manage the end to end product lifecycle
• Design the best possible experience for our users including data scientists, machine learning engineers and production engineers.
• Craft a product vision, create wireframes & build prototype solutions with engineering
• Incorporate the latest AI and ML technology into the platform.
• Evangelize and manage the roadmap for the products you cover.
• Participate in demonstrations of our existing and evolving products with clients and prospects.
• Utilize your understanding in ML and AI to contribute to FedML's ability to solve modern ML & AI challenges for our clients.
