Talent Acquisition Partner, tacton

• 6+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Strong background within recruitment regarding commercial and tech roles, with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience or strong interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools within recruitment
• Experience working within a SaaS- and/ or an international company is a plus
• Familiarity with assessment tools like Alva Labs is a merit but not a requirement

• We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across North America
• In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and the People Experience team to attract top talent across Commercial, Tech and Support functions
• Your expertise will shape our hiring strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand
• You’ll report to our global Chief People & Culture Officer and join our fun, international and passionate People Experience team, consisting of three HR Business Partners and our EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and proactively building talent pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to advise and challenge them in requirements, offers, and hiring decisions
• Drive and manage employer branding initiatives
• Partner with external agencies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
• Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and methodologies for efficient hiring
• Share insights on talent acquisition trends and lead recruitment training initiatives across Tacton
• Evaluate candidates using assessment tools such as Alva Labs to ensure high-quality hires
