- Proven experience in a project management role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. (Experience with project management in a SaaS environment will be preferred)
- Must be fluent in English
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in diverse team settings
- Strong organization skills, able to productively document and track details, tasks, and timelines
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming obstacles
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
- Basic understanding of APIs and technical concepts is required
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for managing a variety of API-based projects by supporting a number of teams, inside a very important, strategic customer, each with its own unique scope and timeline
- Become an expert in Dynamic Yield's QSR vertical (Quick Service Restaurants)
- Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a portfolio of complex technical projects, ensuring the customer and your internal teams have the resources needed to progress and meet technical timelines
- Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review technical projects and open issue investigations
- Collaborate effectively and communicate necessary actions proactively and concisely to the relevant teams
- Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements, maintaining a flexible approach
- Become a trusted advisor to one of our most important customers, facilitating technical support across our Product, R&D, Support and Customer Success teams, as well as different teams within the customer’s organization
- Develop new processes to facilitate smoother and more efficient operations
- Drive continuous improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines
