- Qualities we are looking for:
- Have extensive skills in an analytical code tool, likely SQL, but also one of Python, R, SAS or similar
- A product intelligence specialist, metric driven, understanding how insights are best consumed, and being able to call-out the “so what?”
- Excellent communicator - able to deliver data-centric narratives to all levels of the organisation and be confident to drive resulting actions working cross-functionally
- Attention to detail, but also a recognition that compelling insights can be delivered from imperfect/incomplete data
- Hands-on exposure to development of reports/dashboards with one or more BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Microstrategy
- Ability to collaborate with Product Team to build KPIs and goals around new feature development
- Experience reviewing AB/MVT experiment setup and monitoring performance against targets
- Passion for delivering insights from data

We plan to expand our world-class team to ensure we achieve our mission, and we are looking for the right person to work with the team to empower us to make this vision a reality
- Building a best-in-class Data & Analytics capability is one of the top priorities in helping us reach the next level of growth. As a result we are looking for a Product Intelligence Analyst to join the team and work cross-functionally with our Product function, providing reporting and insights to fully understand the performance of the platform and the opportunities for Product Improvement
- You will be joining our newly-formed, rapidly growing Analytics & Data team, and be key to transforming how the business leverages its data assets. Data and Analytics has been identified as a key enabler for the company to scale. Our vision is for decisions, investments, interventions and developments to be driven by robust measurement, analysis and insight across all business units. It’s an exciting part of our journey, and you have an opportunity to shape how we become truly ‘data-first’ as an organisation
- By embedding in Product-led cross-functional ‘squads’ you’ll become the trusted Analytics Business Partner for the Product Team. You’ll quickly acquire detailed domain knowledge from the Product organisation, and through continuous engagement understand the priorities and pain-points of the team. Through your unique blend of technical data-manipulation skills and commercial acumen you’ll proactively bring insights to the table, and be empowered to drive actions off the back of them
- As part of the wider data and analytics community you’ll be expected to collaborate, share and learn from the team of data engineers, analysts and data scientists. You will quickly become an expert in Numan data, and be an advocate for the team. You'll fully understand the need to deliver concise, impartial, quality reports and analysis - always action orientated. And through your storytelling skills will ensure insight-centric narratives are readily consumed

Numan is a digital health startup that was initially focused on treatments for men, offering a range of solutions for erectile dysfunction (ED) and hair loss, both themes related to male self-esteem that are often avoided and ignored.
The company has since expanded into areas like premature ejaculation and weight loss, alongside a comprehensive suite of diagnostic blood tests, live doctor consultations, and various personalised supplements. More recently, it has expanded its weight loss category into women's health, paving the way for a broader range of female treatment categories. In practice, Numan’s platform enables free online medical consultations, clinically proven treatments, diagnostics and personalised treatment plans.
And with solid funding, Numan is now working on further investments in technology and expansion of its operations. It's also made a number of key senior hires recently which will be sure to help enhance the company's product offerings and broaden its services to ultimately reach more customers.
